2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals.
• Ensure that any assets you supply (logos, images, text, etc.) do not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

• Client Assets: You retain ownership of materials you provide.
• Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive the rights to final approved designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Craft Waves IP: Our pre-existing tools, code, or processes remain our property.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project-related information confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

Craft Waves is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

• You may cancel subscriptions at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms or non-payment.

8. Third-Party Services

Our site or services may link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflicts of law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
